This is a count of women killed by known or suspected male violence in a Australia, jointly undertaken by Reclaim the Night Perth and Women Shout Out Australia.
Sandra Peniamina, 29, was stabbed to death in a frenzied attack on 31 March 2016, at her home at Kippa-Ring, Qld by her husband Arona Peniamina, a New Zealand National, 35.
Sandra Peniamina’s 4 children, aged between five and 10, were believed to be sleeping at the Kippa-Ring house when she suffered multiple stab wounds and died on the driveway.
Arona Peniamina has been charged with murder.
Condolences go to Ms Peniamina’s family and friends.
